UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £199.00.
For orders under £199.00, a flat shipping fee of £13.10 applies.

All orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the item size and delivery location.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 working days from dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during office hours.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

Our primary market is the United Kingdom. We also offer international delivery to selected countries and regions.

  • We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

  • Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 working days.

  • A flat international shipping fee of €15.10 applies to international orders.

  • Shipping is handled via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx or trusted local partners.

Delivery Information

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery details.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification card or attempt redelivery.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email info@nordicstudio.co.uk, and our team will assist you.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable in the case of returns, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
