Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unmodified and securely repacked, preferably in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that most of our products are ex-display or showroom pieces. Minor cosmetic marks, surface scratches or other light signs of previous display use that are clearly described in the product listing are not considered faults and are not grounds for a free return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where appropriate, a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For approved claims, we will repair, replace or refund the item and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain orders may be non-returnable, for example:

  • Special orders or custom-made items purchased specifically at your request
  • Items that have been installed, altered or used beyond normal indoor testing

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before ordering.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you have (once your return is approved) and place a new order for the alternative item.

European Union – 14-day Cooling-off Period

If an order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and in suitable packaging – and you will need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@nordicstudio.co.uk.

Product Warranty

All ex-display and showroom pieces sold by Nordic Studio include a 1-year functional warranty.

This warranty covers defects that affect the normal operation or electrical safety of the product under standard household use.

It does not cover minor cosmetic marks, scratches or other signs of previous display use that do not affect functionality, nor damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification.
