When is your showroom open?
Our studio operates mainly by appointment to ensure every visitor receives personal attention.

We’re typically open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday, 10am–4pm.
You’re always welcome to drop by — but booking ahead guarantees one-to-one assistance.
Do you offer a price match?
We offer fair and transparent pricing on all our products.
Because we specialise in authentic, ex-display Nordic lighting, our prices are already significantly below standard retail.
If you’ve found the same genuine product at a lower price from another UK retailer, please email us the details —
we’ll do our best to match or beat it whenever possible.
How long will delivery take?
For UK orders, standard delivery usually takes 7–10 working days from dispatch.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or DHL and come with tracking information.
Please note delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to courier delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@nordicstudio.co.uk, and we’ll look into it right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — while our website currently supports UK delivery only, we can arrange international shipping on request.
Please email info@nordicstudio.co.uk with your delivery address and the items you’re interested in,
and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
Kindly note that taxes or import duties may apply depending on your location.
Are your products new or used?
All of our pieces are authentic ex-display or showroom models —
items that have been used for presentation in design studios, exhibitions, or retailer displays.
Each product is carefully inspected, restored, and cleaned before being offered for sale,
ensuring the same quality and beauty expected from premium Nordic brands, at a more accessible price.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
