    The iconic Panthella lamp from 1971 is one of the most popular lamps by designer and architect Verner Panton (1926-1998). When the Panthella designs saw the light of day. Verner Panton designed them with a translucent opal shade. This original finish was later reintroduced. and combined with a high-lustre chrome trumpet. the contrasting materials gave the Panthella an elegant and contemporary look.
